Local Delivery (Singapore)

  • FREE Shipping on orders above SGD 80.

  • A flat delivery fee of SGD 5 applies to orders below SGD 80.

  • Processing & Delivery: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Malaysia (New! 🇲🇾)

  • FREE Shipping on orders above SGD 100.

  • A flat delivery fee of SGD 12 applies to orders below SGD 100.

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days.

International Shipping

  • We ship to selected countries, including Indonesia and the rest of the world.

  • Standard Shipping: From SGD 15.

  • Express Shipping: Rates vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days.

Customs and Import Duties

  • All international orders (including Malaysia) are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

  • Import duties, taxes, and other customs-related charges are not included in the total at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • These charges are collected by your local customs authority and vary by country and order value.

Order Tracking & Undeliverable Packages

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Diff is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping fees will apply.
