Shipping
Yes. We ship internationally to selected countries including Indonesia and Malaysia. Standard international shipping is SGD 15; express rates vary by location.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-7 business days to arrive in Singapore. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
- Local Delivery (Singapore):
A flat delivery fee of SGD 5 applies for orders over SGD 80.
- International Shipping:
Standard international shipping is SGD 15.
Express shipping rates vary depending on destination and will be shown at checkout.
Custom duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
No, customs duties and taxes are not included in our prices. All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
This means that any import duties, taxes, or customs-related fees will be charged separately by your local customs office upon delivery.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may vary depending on your country and order value.
Exchange & Refund
For non-shipped orders:
If your order has not yet been dispatched and you wish to change the size or color of the same product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Please note that we can only accept changes within the same product (e.g. same model or style). If you wish to receive a different product, please cancel the existing order and place a new one.
For shipped orders:
Once your order has been dispatched, we do not accept cancellations or refunds. However, you may request a one-time exchange for a different size or color of the same product, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, with all original tags and packaging
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (or 14 days for international orders)
- Exchange is subject to availability and approval
- All return and re-shipping costs are to be fully borne by the customer
We do not allow exchanges for different products or styles.
All exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any orders, including cases of change of mind.
Exchanges are only allowed for defective or incorrect items delivered, and must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure that all items are carefully reviewed before completing your purchase.

- Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be included
- We will cover return shipping costs if the error was on our part

Cancel Order
- For non-shipped orders:
If your order has not been dispatched, you may contact us to cancel the order.
- For shipped orders:
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations and refunds are not allowed.
However, if you would like to exchange the item for a different one, you may return the product after receiving it and place a new order.
Please note that return shipping fees will be borne by the customer, and exchanges are subject to approval and stock availability.
