Shipping

Yes, we ship to selected countries.

  • Local (Singapore): SGD 5 (free for orders over SGD 80)
  • International: depends on country (express options may appear at checkout)
  • Singapore (Local): 3–5 business days
  • Malaysia: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is processed.

  • Singapore (Local): FREE Shipping on orders over SGD 80. A flat delivery fee of SGD 5 applies for orders under SGD 80.
  • Malaysia: FREE Shipping on orders over SGD 100. Standard delivery fee of SGD 12 applies for orders under SGD 100.
  • International:Standard international shipping starts from SGD 15. Express rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

No. International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Your local customs authority may charge import duties, taxes, or clearance fees.

* Malaysia : Orders above RM 500 may be subject to import taxes depending on Malaysian customs regulations.


These are the customer’s responsibility, are beyond our control, and are non-refundable by diff.

Exchange & Refund

For non-shipped orders:
If your order has not yet been dispatched and you wish to change the size or color of the same product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Please note that we can only accept changes within the same product (e.g. same model or style). If you wish to receive a different product, please cancel the existing order and place a new one.

For shipped orders:
Once your order has been dispatched, we do not accept cancellations or refunds. However, you may request a one-time exchange for a different size or color of the same product, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, with all original tags and packaging
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (or 14 days for international orders)
  • Exchange is subject to availability and approval
  • All return and re-shipping costs are to be fully borne by the customer

We do not allow exchanges for different products or styles.
All exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Refunds or exchanges are only available if the item is defective or not as described, as required under Singapore law.

Please ensure that all items are carefully reviewed before completing your purchase, as all sales are final. By placing an order with Diff Singapore, you agree to this policy.

If you received an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within:

  • 7 days of receiving your order (Singapore/Local orders)
  • 14 days of receiving your order (International & Malaysia orders)

To process your request smoothly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • We will cover return shipping costs if the error was on our part

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances
  • Only exchanges for the same item (or correct replacement) will be provided
  • Exchanges are subject to availability

Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the mistake was on our part.

Yes. If your item is no longer eligible for exchange, it may still be eligible for repair service.
Repairs may take up to 1 month.
Fees may apply if the issue is not covered under defect warranty.

Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange due to change of mind.
However, if the item is defective, we will provide remedies in accordance with Singapore law.

Cancel Order

  • For non-shipped orders:
    If your order has not been dispatched, you may contact us to cancel the order.

  • For shipped orders:
    Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations and refunds are not allowed.

    However, if you would like to exchange the item for a different one, you may return the product after receiving it and place a new order.

    Please note that return shipping fees will be borne by the customer, and exchanges are subject to approval and stock availability.

Other

To keep your Diff bag in great condition:
• Avoid overloading your bag.
• Keep it away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight.
• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Avoid contact with sharp objects.
