Please note that we do not offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

However, customers may request a one-time exchange for a different size or color of the same product, subject to our exchange policy (See Section 4).

We strongly advise customers to review all product details and order information carefully before completing their purchase.
2. Order Cancellations

Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be eligible for cancellation.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
3. Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items

We accept exchanges for items that are defective or incorrectly delivered.

Reporting Period: Please contact us with your order number and clear photos within:

7 days of receipt for Singapore/Local orders.

14 days of receipt for International & Malaysia orders.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Shipping: We will cover all return and re-shipping costs if the exchange is due to a defect or our error.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or stitching that do not affect functionality are not considered defects.
4. Exchanges for Size or Color (Change of Mind)

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

However, a one-time exchange for a different size or color of the same product is allowed, provided:

The request is made within the reporting period (7 days local / 14 days international).

The item is unused and in its original packaging.

All return and re-shipping costs are fully borne by the customer.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We do not allow exchanges for different products or styles.
5. Repairs

Items no longer eligible for exchange may be eligible for our repair service.

Timeline & Fees: Repairs may take up to 1 month. Fees will be assessed based on the item's condition and the nature of the repair.

Please contact our team with photos of the item for a preliminary assessment.
6. International Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are beyond our control and are non-refundable.
